As an Engagement Strategist at RiechesBaird, Anant works closely with the company’s brand strategists on research and analysis that is central to the formation of effective brand strategies. Specifically, he conducts internal and external research to reveal cultural, competitive and strategic insights, and assists in the development of brand pillars, personality, positioning and architecture.


Another key part of brand strategy is the engagement of the employee base at client companies. Anant is responsible for the development of brand adoption methodologies to internalize and operationalize the brand. Such initiatives are crucial for brand positioning to permeate an organization so that it can be fully leveraged for business growth.

Anant is also responsible for integrating social media and online marketing tactics within the implementation phase of branding programs and oversees RiechesBaird’s online communications initiatives.

Anant holds a master’s degree in Communication Management from USC and a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from UC Irvine, with minors in Information and Computer Science, Conflict Resolution and Poetry.
