Ms. St.George’s areas of practice include building legal strategies and solutions for clients, negotiating multi-billion dollar transactions, representing emerging growth to Fortune 50 companies, establishing and implementing intellectual property, business and legal solutions.

Ms. St.George is currently serving as Chair of OC Innovation, a nonprofit organization that highlights and showcases Orange County innovation on a global basis.  Ms. St.George is also serving as the Co-Chair of the Orange Coast Venture Group (OCVG), Executive Committee Member of the Newport Business Forum, Advancement Chair for KOCE-TV Foundation, Member of South Coast Repertory Corporate Committee and Advisory Board Member of U.S. Bank.

Ms. St.George has served as the President of the Orange County Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) as well as Chair of the ACG International InterGrowth® Conference and the Officer position of Secretary on the ACG International Board of Directors.  Ms. St.George is also a member of the State Bars of California and Missouri.

Ms. St.George received a BBA Business Economics degree (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of San Diego, San Diego, California, a Masters of Business Administration degree (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of San Diego - Graduate School of Business Administration, San Diego, California and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego - Law School, San Diego, California.  Ms. St.George has also held positions with the international law firm of Bryan Cave and as General Counsel of the Data Systems Division of General Dynamics Corporation.
