Chip Espinoza is the Chief Executive Officer of GeNext Consulting, a subsidiary of LeadershipTraQ. He also teaches leadership in the Hobbs Leadership Program at California State University Long Beach.

He consults in the civic, corporate and non-profit sectors. His client list ranges from The Boeing Company to Special Olympics. He specializes in helping leaders initiate and lead change initiatives. Recently, Chip has been keynoting in organizations across the country on his research about ‘Twenty-Somethings’ and their value to organizations. He has co-authored a book being published by Wiley in February 2010. The title is Managing the Millennials.

 
 

Chip is the content director for LeadershipTraQ Televised, a thirty-minute television program broadcast throughout Southern California. He also produces an award-winning monthly Podcast that focuses on leadership.

Chip is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Leadership and Change at Antioch University. Chip serves on the board of the Jesse Miranda Center for Hispanic Leadership. He also is an advisor to The Ukleja Center for Ethical Leadership at California State University Long Beach.

Chip and his wife Lisa live in Dove Canyon, California and have four children.
