Erich Kreidler is a Sr. Director, Global Relationship Manager (GRM) at UST Global.  As GRM, Erich’s primary responsibility is to engage and align UST business model to the strategic business goals of our esteemed enterprise clients – to enable and enrich client relationships for the long term success.  He is also a value mentor responsible for instilling UST’s core values and work culture within his teams.  In addition to his responsibilities at UST Global, Erich is committed to giving back to community by serving as  an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California, where he lectures in engineering project management at the graduate level.

 
 

Other responsibilities that Erich held at UST Global include leading the Creative Sourcing Group, where he created strategies to enter and source from emerging global markets, such as Middle East, Far East and Latin America.  Erich also served in leadership roles in global delivery, developing and executing onsite-offshore engagements and aligning them with client-specific standards (e.g. Rational Unified Process).

Prior to joining UST Global, Erich managed and developed global programs at Huddle247, Inc., an Internet Applications Service Provider development company. Huddle247 specialized in online business services for workgroup collaboration and information sharing. 

He is a founding member and president-elect of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, Orange County Chapter.  Erich is also an active member of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA).

In his spare time, enjoys playing tennis and participating in local running races (5Ks and 10Ks).  He also loves playing the guitar, particularly late at night when his new born cannot fall asleep with more conventional methods. 

Education

Erich holds a Masters in Business Administration the University of California, Irvine and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona where he obtained the President’s award for outstanding achievements.
